Updated End User License Agreement

We’ve recently updated our End User License Agreement.  The primary purpose of this update is to include the European Union’s “Standard Commercial Clauses” (SCC) in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).  cPanel is providing the SCCs to help our customers who are in the European Economic Area comply with their regulatory obligations in light of the “Schrems II” decision.  These SCCs will automatically apply to cPanel, and our customers, without further action on …

CentOS 8 End-of-Life Announcement

The CentOS Project has announced several significant changes to its roadmap that may affect infrastructure and deployment plans for online businesses, data centers, and end users. These changes announced by CentOS include: Accelerated end-of-life for CentOS 8; no further operating system updates will be available after December 31, 2021.
